At 1975, BVI Hsu Fu Chi Holding was established when Transpac Industrial (Singapore) acquired stake into Hsu Fu Chi. A subsidiary Dongguan Hsu Fu Chi Food was established in the heart of Dongugan to be group’s firm foundation in the vast China confectionary industry.
